The Senior Practitioner will also manage a caseload and provide interventions using a variety of methodologies including Restorative Approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Conflict Resolution and Family Group Meetings.<\/p>\n<p>The right candidate will have skills and experience of working with whole families using a person-centred, trauma-informed approach and once in post, TGP Cymru will provide training around the models used for family engagement.<\/p>\n<p>For an informal discussion, please contact Tina Foster, Team Manager, on 029 2039 6974<\/p>\n<p>Applications are welcome from all sections of the community regardless of age, disability or racial origin.
