The worker will provide a stable point of contact for young people seeking asylum aged 18 -25 living in Home Office Initial Accomodation, including those given an age of 18+ but who claim to be children, supporting them to access social and emotional support, and services and to understand systems and processes. You will be joining a team working on an exciting range of Projects providing a holistic approach to giving young Asylum Seekers and Refugees the support, knowledge and skills they need to build resilience and thrive.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For an informal discussion, please contact Lee Evans, Team Manager, Refugee and Asylum Programme on 07957 472070.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Applications are welcome from all sections of the community regardless of age, disability or racial origin.
