How can I support TGP Cymru?
- Join the TGP Cymru 100 Club
- Ask your company to choose us as their Charity of the Year or invite us in to talk to staff about our work
- Hold your own fundraising event such as a ‘TGP tea party’, wine and cheese evening, hold a clothes swishing party, company car wash, craft fair, 60’s disco (70’s, 80’s whatever your era is!) or anything else you can think of that is fun
- Volunteer to be a bucket collector at one of our collections to be held over the next year –maybe do it with some friends or as a group?
- Volunteer to be a charity tin coordinator in your area looking after local
sites and placing tins in pubs, shops, leisure centres etc.
- Nominate TGP Cymru as the charity to support at your local supermarket where they have the green/blue token scheme
- Run a quiz night at your local pub
- Join our ‘100 Club’ and maybe win a prize in our monthly draw
- Set up a monthly donation by standing order
- Undertake a sponsored sporting event for us such as the Cardiff Half Marathon, 3 Peaks challenge, Velothon, Big Welsh Swim or any other kind of sponsored challenge
- Become a Community Ambassador and speak to local groups and organisations such as WI’s/Rotary etc. about the work of the charity
- Set up a ‘Friends of TGP Cymru’ group and run your own fundraising and information events-a great way to get together with friends and colleagues whilst helping Welsh children & families who need our extra support
- Consider leaving us a ‘Gift in Will’ and help a future generation
