The TAtT is an exciting new service funded by Welsh Government’s Youth Innovation Fund which aims to make homelessness for looked after young people ‘rare, brief and non-recurring’ and to combat isolation and loneliness.

The service helps young people increase the skills, knowledge and support networks they need to stay in their home and/or secure a home both now and in the future.

Do you have experience of being a child / young person in the care of the local authority?

Can you use your experiences to support other young people and help shape our service?
