Director of Support Services: Cardiff

  • Temporary to cover a period of maternity leave
  • £40,760 (pro rata for part time)

We receive funding from Paul Hamlyn Foundation to support the expansion and innovation of the organisation and due to a forthcoming period of maternity leave we are looking to cover the role of Director of Support Services for a year.

This role is an integral part of our Strategic Management Team and is responsible for the strategic coordination and development of our Support Service Departments as well as providing a key link to the operational services of the organisation. We are therefore looking for someone with experience or knowledge in HR and Finance with the understanding of the operations of a medium sized charity.

Participation Officer: Mid and West Wales

TGP Cymru is looking for an experienced Participation Worker for its Mid and West Wales service.

This exciting post offers the opportunity to work with young people to promote safeguarding through the facilitation of local and regional Junior Safeguarding Children’s Boards.

The post holder will also work closely with looked after children and young people in Powys to produce a quarterly newsletter.

Independent Professional Advocate (Casual): Western Bay

  • £12.04 per hour

Applicants must have an interest in children’s rights and supporting children to have a voice. You will need to have experience of direct work with children and young people, a good understanding of advocacy and experience of multi-agency working.

You will be part of a team of dedicated staff who work with some of the most vulnerable children and young people in Wales. If you are committed to improving outcomes for children, young people and families and want to work for a progressive, forward thinking organisation please apply.
