• Pub stool to Bike – 100 mile challenge to raise funds for TGP Cymru

    Mark Jefferis got off his stool and onto his bike and started out from Llanrwst at 6.00 am. He was then joined at Barmouth by Peter Bradley (advocate Mid and West Wales) and Victoria Evans (Nurse at Bronglais Hospital Aberystwyth). Mark cycled 50 miles to meet them and they joined Mark to cycle the following 50 miles. A long hard day!
