Parent Advocacy Team Manager

TGP Cymru has been providing services to vulnerable children, young people and families across Wales for 24 years.

We are currently looking to recruit a Team Manger for our Parent Advocacy Service

 Parent Advocacy Team Manager

£32,600 – £36,400

(Please note TGP Cymru normally appoint at the beginning of the salary scale.)

 37 hours per week

 This role is temporary with current funding until 31^st March 2027.

 Our Parent Advocacy Service operates across 13 of Wales’s local authorities. It supports parents who have children in the Child Protection arena, helping them to understand and navigate the process and giving them a voice in decision making forums.

The Wales wide team comprises 11 advocates and a part time administrator. We are seeking a manager with the right skills, values and ethos to lead our dynamic service.

The role is home based, with a flexible approach to the working week that will involve some weekend and evening working and occasional stay away from home overnight to attend meetings, conferences or training. You will be expected to meet and support your Team remotely and in person as  well as attend professional meetings in this whole Wales role.
