Team Around the Tenancy

The TAtT is an exciting new service funded by Welsh Government’s Homelessness Prevention Grant which aims to make homelessness for looked after young people ‘rare, brief and non-recurring’ and to combat isolation and loneliness.

The service will provide young people with the skills, knowledge and support networks that they need to sustain a tenancy both now and in the future.

Do you have experience of working with young people?
Do you have the skills to make this service work?
Are you excited by a challenge?

If you answered Yes then we would like to hear from you.
