Veterans and Families Service Senior Practitioner/Gwasanaeth cyn-filwyr a Theuluoedd – Uwch Ymarferydd

The Veterans and Families Service is the latest development in TGP Cymru’s journey supporting Veterans and their families to help improve relationships, communication and family functioning.

The role of the Senior Practitioner is to assist the Team Manager to deliver an effective service including all aspects of supporting team members and mentoring a pool of practitioners. The Senior Practitioner will also manage a caseload and provide interventions using a variety of methodologies including Restorative Approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Conflict Resolution and Family Group Meetings.

The right candidate will have skills and experience of working with whole families using a person-centred, trauma-informed approach and once in post, TGP Cymru will provide training around the models used for family engagement.
