• Widening Participation Safeguarding Event

    TGP Cymru Mid & West Wales team held an event at the Widening Participation Cwrt Mawr hub at Aberystwyth University, thanks to Dr Debra Croft.

    The event was held to address period poverty. Local town councillors , school nurses, Youth Justice Service and Independent Reviewing Officers were all in attendance. The young people had the opportunity to make a personalised item to keep their products in. The workshop was facilitated by Rush.

    Young people commented that it was easier, more relaxed to discuss personal issues, relating to their health in a laid-back atmosphere so all found this useful.
